Beginner Program – “Shuttle Sparks”
     - Ignite the Passion. Build the Basics.

Shuttle Sparks is Fortius foundational program designed for young or first-time players. Through engaging and fun-filled sessions, kids are introduced to the world of badminton while learning the essential skills that form the building blocks of the game.

Training Focus:​

  • Basic grip, stance, and footwork

  • Introduction to racket and shuttle coordination

  • Fun games to build agility, balance, and movement

  • Developing interest and confidence through play-based learning

Ideal For:

  • Children aged 5+ or anyone beginning their badminton journey with zero to minimal experience.

Intermediate Program – “Smash Starters”
     - Level Up. Learn the Game.

Smash Starters takes students beyond the basics, guiding them into more structured gameplay and skill development. The focus is on consistency, technique refinement, and introducing tactical awareness while continuing to enjoy the sport.

Training Focus:​​

  • Stroke development (clears, drops, smashes, net shots)

  • Footwork drills and movement patterns

  • Matchplay basics and scoring

  • Physical conditioning and discipline building

  • Players who have completed beginner training or have basic playing experience and are ready to play structured matches.

Advanced Program – “Court Commanders”
     - Train Hard. Play Smart.

Court Commanders is built for athletes ready to elevate their game to a competitive level. This program dives deeper into strategy, match temperament, endurance, and advanced shot variation. Players will be groomed to compete in local and regional tournaments.

Training Focus:​​

  • Advanced shot selection, deception, and rallies

  • On-court tactical understanding

  • Mental strength and match preparation

  • Regular sparring and match analysis

  • Fitness, endurance, and injury prevention

Fortius Strikers is our invitation-only or assessment based, high-performance program designed for serious athletes aspiring to compete at state, national, or international levels. This program offers personalized coaching, high-intensity training sessions, video analysis, and tournament mentorship.

Training Focus:​​

  • Game-specific training plans and periodization

  • Match strategy and opponent analysis

  • Peak fitness conditioning and recovery planning

  • Technical fine-tuning and mental toughness coaching

  • National-level exposure and tournament support

Junior Program - Catch Them Young
     - Tiny Grips to tournament glory

Catch Them Young is a grassroots badminton development initiative designed specifically for children aged 5 to 8. This program focuses on identifying, nurturing, and developing young talent at the right age, laying a strong technical, physical, and mental foundation to prepare them for competitive badminton within 2–3 years. A structured and engaging platform that introduces the fundamentals of badminton in a fun and inspiring way, while progressively building the skills necessary to transition into tournament play with confidence and competence.

Training Focus:​​

  • Early Engagement: Introduce children to badminton through age-appropriate drills, games, and movement exercises that spark interest and enjoyment.

  • Skill Foundation: Focus on core badminton skills—grip, footwork, basic strokes, coordination, and balance—delivered in a playful yet structured format.

  • Athletic Development: Build strength, flexibility, agility, and endurance through specially designed physical training modules tailored for young children.

  • Mental Conditioning: Instill discipline, focus, and a positive competitive spirit through friendly matches, team activities, and performance rewards.

  • Progressive Pathway: Establish a clear development pathway, transitioning from foundational training to pre-competitive and then competitive levels within 2–3 years.
